Terms of Service

✧ Please note that my art style may slightly vary depending on the commission.✧ Turnaround time (TAT) is influenced by my workload and the specific commission type. As I am also an art teacher, please refer to the estimated TAT listed under each commission category. If a strict deadline is required, an additional fee will apply.✧ All artwork must be credited to me when shared or posted.✧ Once the sketch is approved, no significant changes will be allowed (e.g., changes to the pose, hair, outfit, etc.).✧ If I do not receive a response within 72 hours, I will offer the spot to the next person on the waiting list.✧ I reserve the right to post your commission unless you prefer to keep it private. If you wish to keep it private, an additional 15% fee will be charged.---Payment Method✧ Payments will be processed through PayPal.✧ Full payment is required before I start working on your commission. For commissions above $160, I can offer a payment plan: 50% upfront and the remaining 50% after the sketch approval.✧ No refunds will be issued after payment has been made.---Extra Fees✧ Commercial Use Tier 1 (streaming, promotion, etc.): x1.75 to x2✧ Commercial Use Tier 2 (merchandise): x2.5✧ Rush/Deadline (minimum one week): x1.5✧ Additional Character: +90% of the original price
